Refund Policy

At Ludo Play Online, we prioritize transparency and fairness in all transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be processed on our platform.
1. No Refunds on Game Entry Fees
All payments made for joining contests, matches, or tournaments are final and non-refundable, regardless of win or loss. Entry fees are used to form prize pools and cannot be reversed once a game has started or the player has joined.
2. Refunds Due to Technical Failures
We may offer refunds or compensations only in the following cases:
- Server crash or unplanned downtime during a game that affects outcome or access.
- Failed game launches due to verified server-side issues (not device or network related).
- In-game glitches that are proven to have impacted the result unfairly.
Note: Any decision regarding refunds in such cases will be at the sole discretion of Ludo Play Online, based on internal investigation.
3. Wallet Deposits
Deposits made into your platform wallet are non-refundable once credited.
If a deposit fails and money is debited but not reflected in your wallet, you may contact support. We will verify the transaction and process a refund or wallet credit within 5-7 business days.
4. Withdrawal Failures
If a withdrawal fails due to incorrect banking details or technical issues, the amount will be re-credited to your wallet within 48-72 hours.
We are not responsible for delays caused by bank servers or payment gateways.
5. Disqualification & Misconduct
Players disqualified due to cheating, policy violations, or use of unauthorized tools will not be eligible for any refund or compensation. Fair play is a strict requirement.
6. Cancellation of Matches by the Platform
If a match or contest is cancelled by the platform due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low participation, server maintenance), entry fees may be refunded to the user’s wallet.
